One-to-one support
Whether it’s bespoke support to build your finance business model, management advice about how to maximise profitability, or time working through some excel tools you need to operate your business, I am always happy to work directly with an individual to help your business to grow.
After a free initial conversation, I charge £75 per hour for this service and if a piece of work requires several hours, I’ll give you an estimate immediately and keep you updated with any changes, so you’re able to budget and plan accordingly.
Business Finance Bootcamp
A training session I’ve delivered to many start-ups and small businesses, this course covers how simple financial models can help you to track the past, present and future financial positions for your business.
I offer this training on a quarterly basis for general sign-up, or I can work with individuals or teams within a business and incubator and accelerator schemes which bring entrepreneurs together to build their skills to take on their next challenges.
A dedicated half-day training session is charged at £300 plus travel expenses.
Bespoke Finance Plan Programme
Think of this as a conversation where I understand all of your business activities (and the costs and income associated with them) followed by a snazzy excel model which plots out what your business can achieve in the next 12 months, with room for you to play with the inputs.
So if you're thinking "what if I launch that new product", "how about I hire an extra head", "I wonder if I should stop bothering with that sales channel" then this gives you the power to see the impact in black and white and make empowered choices.
Excel training
Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets underpin the operations of so much of modern life but so many of us never got the training we needed to make the most of these tools.
I offer tailored Excel training to individuals and businesses, to meet your needs, either working directly with your business or I offer this training on a quarterly basis for general sign-up. I expect to get a range of skill levels in these training sessions and with humour and relevant examples, I encourage everyone to work through some exercises together to boost their skills and confidence.
